Following a record breaking year in 2025, with over 300 rugby league teams participating, the Rhinos Challenge will return in 2026 with two fantastic festivals at Butlin’s Skegness. Over 12,000 people from all over the UK will join us on tour at the 2026 Rhinos Challenge!
Butlin’s Skegness is booked exclusively on 8-11 May (U7-U12 Teams) and on 15-18 May (U7-U12 Teams plus U12, U13 & U14 Girls Teams). Join us for the ultimate weekend of Rugby League & Fun and make 2026 a year to remember!
If you’re looking for an action-packed tour, there’s nowhere better than Butlin’s Skegness! The resort has a fantastic range of facilities for everyone to enjoy after the rugby finishes each day.
Butlin’s Splash Waterworld has flumes, rides and rapids galore, your children are going to love it! The on-site Funfair with free rides is another firm favourite and features some exciting new rides. For extra thrills, you can pay a small charge for activities like the High Ropes course with Climbing Wall and Zip Wire, Go Karts, Adventure Golf and Ten Pin Bowling.
When the evening comes around, there’s a great variety of live shows, tribute acts, live bands and discos, so your party will enjoy an amazing family entertainment programme, at no extra cost!
There’s a great range of accommodation on resort at Butlin’s Skegness, including the spacious Seaside and Fairground Apartments, which are stylishly decorated and well equipped to meet all needs.
Accommodation prices are per person for the weekend (Fri, Sat & Sun night), including Butlin’s entertainment passes and Rhinos Challenge wristbands.

With dramatic sound and lighting effects, our spectacular presentation ceremonies are the highlight of the tour for many of our teams. Every team gets their moment of glory, when they are invited onto the main stage to meet our special guests.
Each team gets their moment of glory when they are invited onto the main stage to meet our special guest. Every child will receive a quality medal as a memento of the Rhinos Challenge and there are also superb individual and team awards presented in each age section, including Magic Moment awards.
Harry Newman, Jamie Jones-Buchanan, Ryan Hall, Rob Burrow, Kallum Watkins, Carl Ablett, Chev Walker, Danny McGuire, Liam Sutcliffe, Tom Briscoe, Stevie Ward and Ronnie the Rhino have all joined us at the Rhinos Challenge!
Your players will feel like they’re in the SuperLeague while they’re on tour, with live results and league table updates taking place on the Rhinos Challenge App.
The App displays all fixtures and results, lets you add Rhinos Challenge skins to your photos, and has loads of useful tour information, such as pitch locations, presentation times, first aid and welfare information.
PLEASE NOTE: The tournament information goes live on the App 7-10 days before your festival.
