There are 3 stages to booking your tour to ESF26, as detailed below.
Complete a provisional booking to reserve your team(s) place at ESF26 free of charge for up to 7 days. Or skip to Stage 2 to register your team(s) without a provisional booking.
Complete a team registration and pay the registration fee to commit to the tour and secure your team place. You will then be emailed a Confirmation of Booking.
Once registered, teams attending Butlin’s venues (Bognor Regis, Minehead and Skegness) will be emailed an accommodation booking link by ESF Events.
Simply forward this email to your parents/guardians, who can then book accommodation online through the booking link with a £30pp deposit. For teams attending Haven venues (Ayr), the Group Leader will be emailed an accommodation booking form to book units for your whole group, with a £30pp deposit. Your accommodation booking deadline will be advised by ESF Events, but is typically 2 – 3 weeks after your team registration has been accepted.
Final balance payments are due 10 weeks before the festival.
IMPORTANT: ESF26 is a touring festival. Accommodation for your whole group, including players, club officials and families/spectators, must be booked through ESF Events. Individuals who are not booked through ESF Events are not part of the event and do not have permission to attend the playing venues as a player, official or spectator, or to attend the presentation ceremonies at Butlin’s and Haven. If members of your group (players, club officials, spectators) attend the event but have not booked accommodation through ESF Events, the team will not be permitted to participate in the festival.
