There are 3 stages to booking your place at the 2026 All Star Super Cup, as detailed below.
PLEASE NOTE – The All Star Super Cup is primarily set up as a residential experience, with attendees booking rooms at the Hilton the night before your tournament date. Priority is given to ‘Residential Teams’, who agree to book Hilton hotel rooms for their group. ‘Residential Teams can register online using the booking process below.
‘Non-Residential Teams’, who wish to participate without booking Hilton rooms, can apply for entry by selecting ‘Non-Residential’ status in the Booking process below, and paying the Team Registration Fee. However, we cannot guarantee team spaces for ‘Non-Residential teams’ until the number of ‘Residential Teams’ is finalised in each age group, which we anticipate being no later than 31 May 2026. At that stage, if additional team spaces are available, registrations will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis from ‘Non-Residential Teams’. If a team space is not available in your age group, you will be refunded the Team Registration Fee.
Complete a provisional booking to reserve your team(s) place free of charge for up to 7 days. Or skip to Stage 2 to register your team(s) without a provisional booking.
Complete team registration and pay the registration fee to commit and secure your team place. You will then be emailed a Confirmation of Booking.
Once registered, ESF Events will email the Group Leader an accommodation booking link, through which parents/guardians can book Hilton hotel rooms online. A deposit of £75 per room is required to book hotel rooms. Breakfast and Dinner can be added at the Hilton restaurant with a deposit of £5 per person per meal.
